2010 Open Championships, Cork, Ireland

Congratulations to Miss. Emma Loedel (1st Degree *** black belt) from the Intrepid Inverkeithing club, who competed at the recent Open Championships in Cork, Ireland in October 2009.

This was Emma’s first International competition, and she did fantastically well, winning the bronze medal in the Under 58kg Jnr Female Sparring category.

Let’s hope this is the start of many more National and International black-belt medals from the Inverkeithing Intrepid students!
