A massive congratulations to everyone from TAS who sat their Black Belt gradings on 23rd Sept; especially members from our Intrepid clubs. Everyone performed to a very high level and worked incredibly hard. You should all be very proud of yourselves.

Inverkeithing Summer Classes
Starting Tuesday 4th July until Thursday 10th August, both classes will train together. The new training time will be 6.30pm to 7.30pm on Tuesday and Thursdays.
Classes will revert to normal schedule from Tuesday 15th August.

Established back in 1991 by Mr. Darren Scott, Intrepid Taekwon-do have a rich history of delivering classes and club sessions in our community.
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art combining combat techniques, self-defence, sport, exercise, meditation and philosophy to give you longstanding health and mental benefits.
Classes at Inverkeithing High School Community Use take place:
Tuesday 6pm - 8pm
Thursday 6pm - 8pm
They have classes for Adults and Children along with also offering classes in the West Calder area.
