Hey everyone, here is a video made by Bill “super foot” Wallace.
If you don’t know who he is, he was a full contact karate champion who retired undefeated. He damaged ligaments in his right knee and was only ever able to use his left leg but he definitely was able to master it. With a kick speed clocked at over 60 mph. He only ever used side kick, hook kick and turning kick, but was able to string them together so effectively and so quickly it made him a champion.
